- Role-based access control (User, Admin, Super Admin) with ID card verification for onboarding, OTP support, and blocking capabilities.

- Geolocation-enabled terminal listings with operating hours, fare ranges, transport types, and a user review/rating system.

Engineering Responsibilities
- Designed and engineered the core database architecture using Prisma and PostgreSQL to support a multi-faceted platform spanning parcel delivery, real-time messaging, and geolocation services.
- Implemented real-time, bi-directional chat functionality utilizing WebSockets for seamless one-to-one and group communication.
- Developed secure and dynamic APIs for end-to-end parcel tracking, terminal management, trip planning, and crowdsourced traffic feeds.
- Integrated Paystack to securely handle financial transactions and split payments between parcel senders and delivery personnel.
- Orchestrated cloud-based file management (Cloudinary, AWS S3) and real-time push notifications (Firebase Admin) to maximize user engagement.
